Hawkstream Radio Now Live, Programs Launch February 21st

Hawkstream Radio is proud to announce the official soft launch of their student-led radio station beginning today, followed by the official live launch on February 21st. By clicking on the Listen tab, people across the nation can now stream our radio broadcast anywhere they have an Internet connection.
As Hawkstream Radio begins to finalize the programming schedule, listeners can expect to tune in and stream exclusive special interest shows from a diverse group of students. Additionally, Hawkstream plans on launching a mobile listening stream within the next few months.
UNCW's Student Media Organization is extremely excited to oversee the official relaunch of Hawkstream Radio. While our technicians are busy maintaining our new live broadcaster, please pardon any service interruption or bugs you may run into over the next few days.

Hawkstream Radio Relaunching 2013
New Programs will be Available Beginning Spring Semester
After a long hiatus, students at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington are proud to announce the relaunch of Hawkstream Radio beginning next semester. The student run organization will provide brand new content and programming choices from a broad range of talented students from various backgrounds and cultures beginning at the start of the spring semester. Hawkstream Radio's purpose is to explore the viability of a student run webstreaming radio station, with an objective to provide news, entertainment, and educational programs that reflect the voices of the UNCW community. In order to achieve this objective, the organization is extremely excited to introduce brand new programming and DJs beginning on the first day of our relaunch.
